How long does it take for a recipient to receive a payment?
Truly Financial has three types of payment options and payment receipt times depend on where it is being sent and what payment option was used.
Express Payments are usually delivered in 1-2 business days. These payments are sent by ACH or EFT within the United States and Canada, and to over 50 countries in their local currencies. You can see a full list of Express Payment countries here.
Payments within the United States can also be sent via Fedwire. Payments sent using this option are processed the same day and are expected to land the same day or the next business day, depending on what time they were processed.
For international cross-border payments, we can send payments using SWIFT in addition to Express Payments. You can choose Wire Transfer as an option for international payments when you set up a beneficiary. Payments through Wire Transfer can take 2-3 business days or more, depending upon the receiving bank and country, on business hours applicable in that country, and local bank holidays.
