Our co-founders, Kanchan & Sandeep, have built many software solutions for small businesses throughout their careers.
In 2016, they launched an international payments solution for small business – processing hundreds of millions of dollars in business payments.
But small businesses are still struggling to step into the global arena. A larger gap needs to be addressed for those who are buying, selling, or hiring globally.

Kanchan is an entrepreneur with deep experience in tech software.
In his previous ventures, he was frustrated by old-school banking and felt there had to be a better way. He co-founded Truly Financial and Remitr to improve business payments and banking. Previously he’s worked on large enterprise software, financial accounting, and helping startups.
Sandeep Todi
Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer
A technologist at heart with an entrepreneurial spirit, Sandeep has built several financial technology products.
He co-founded Truly Financial and Remitr to give SMBs better banking and payments. He has many firsts to his credit, including multi-currency accounting software, a global payroll product, and a community portal of nearly 1M users.
Frank Mastrangelo
Executive Chairman
Frank brings an incredible depth of experience to the banking and financial services space.
He serves as the CEO of Yapstone, a provider of payment solutions for global marketplaces and software platforms. He also co-founded Bancorp, a financial infrastructure company that provides non-banks with private-label banking and technology solutions.
