No fees sounds unbelievable. How do you make money?
Truly Financial believes in making our banking and payment services a no-brainer for business owners and hence does not charge a fee for most transactions*.
We earn revenue whenever our customers use the corporate Visa card to make payments, and get a part of the card fees charged to the merchant by Visa or their bank. We also earn revenue on cross-border payments that involve currency conversion. We believe in keeping costs low for our customers, so we charge one of the lowest costs for converting currency – much lower than the 2-3% that large banks charge.
*Customers using mass payments or bulk transaction processing are not eligible for free payments
