Does my supplier or contractor need to have a Truly Financial account to receive payments?
Sending payments through Truly Financial is as simple as providing the account number and routing information of the party you need to pay. This could be a supplier in the U.S. or internationally, a contractor, or an employee.
They do not need to have a Truly Financial account in order to receive their money. When you initiate a payment to them, it is deposited to their bank account via ACH / EFT / Wire Transfer, depending on the payment method you choose.
Truly Financial will automatically send a notification to the receiving party to their email address, including the notes you append to the payment. This helps them easily reconcile the payment they see in their bank account.
