Can my Bookkeeper view my Truly Financial bank transactions?
Absolutely! You can create a login for your bookkeeper and assign the Accountant Viewer role to them. This will enable them to login directly to your Truly Financial account and view all transactions – that includes payments sent or received, expenses on your corporate Visa card, and any other debits or credits to your checking account or your multi-currency account(s).
Accountant Viewer users can also view Contacts (persons to whom you may send payments), list of Team Members (who have been given SmartSpend or corporate Visa cards), and view payments in/out from the bank accounts as well as SmartSpend accounts.
