Truly Financial is a financial technology company, not a bank. Checking account provided by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC.

Some of our Payment services (non banking or checking accounts or card services) are provided by The Currency Cloud Limited. Registered in England No. 06323311. Registered Office: The Steward Building 1st Floor, 12 Steward Street London E1 6FQ. The Currency Cloud Limited is authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issuing of electronic money (FRN: 900199). In the US Currency Cloud operates in partnership with CFSB. CFSB fully owns the bank program and services are provided by The Currency Cloud Inc.

Payment services may be provided in the United States under sponsorship by Cross River Bank, to which Truly Payments LLC (“TPL”) is a service provider. TPL is registered as a Money Services Business (“MSB”) under registration number 31000180523249 with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network Department of the Treasury (FinCEN).

Services in Canada are provided by Remitware Payments Canada Inc (“RPCI”). RPCI is registered as a Money Services Business (“MSB”) under registration number M16622267 with the Canadian Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), which is the financial intelligence unit of the Government of Canada. RPCI operates as an MSB in the province of Quebec licensed by Revenue Quebec with License No. 12797.

The Truly Financial Cards are issued by Cross River Bank, Members FDIC, pursuant to licenses from VISA.
